What we do

Feel Great Breaks deliver yoga, health and well-being retreats in Spain. We offer breaks in two locations. Choose either an amazing 4 star, beachside accommodation, or beautiful rural eco-accommodation, set amidst orange groves and on the door step of a natural spring.

Our therapists provide some of the oldest alternative therapies alongside some of the newest. You will also enjoy delicious and nutritious vegetarian food along with freshly prepared uber-healthy, juices and smoothies.

Our all-inclusive packages include a selection of fabulous things to tickle your taste-buds and to challenge mind and body; including daily, hearty brunches and three course dinners – (wine is included with your evening meal); plus teas, coffees, water and fresh fruit, twice daily yoga with an inspiring and experienced yoga teacher, mindful walking and bike rides, plus various chats and gifts to take home. There is also the option to go A La Carte, and add as many additional therapies as you want to your package.

We want to build lasting, ongoing relationships with you. We also offer post-break support and mentoring so that you can continue the great work when your holiday is over, when you go home.
