Here is your 2 night yoga and meditation schedule:

Arrival Day 1

  • Check-in

    Earlier check-in possible by prior arrangement

  • Vegetarian Lunch

  • Walk

    -

    A walk on the beach or in the hills, depending on location.

  • First Yoga Session

  • Dinner

    -

    A specially prepared vegetarian menu awaits with a nice glass of vino!

Day 2

  • Detox drink & Daily schedule delivered to your room

    -

    You don’t need to think or plan anything, as we will do it all for you! Turn your alarm off, as we will wake you each morning

  • Meditation

    -

    Guided meditation session

  • Morning Yoga Session

    -

    We try to practice outside as much as possible, on the roof terrace, in the gardens, or if rain stops outdoor play, in one of our allocated indoor practice areas

  • Brunch

    -

    Choose from the buffet, but if there is something missing from your breakfast must have list, just ask!

  • Bike Ride or Walk

    -

    Grab a bike and get familiar with your surroundings. The town is a short bike ride away so go off and explore. Or take a walk up to the light house

  • Lunch & Juice Break

    -

    A Vegetarian lunch plus a vitamin packed juice and raw snack with recipes so you can re-create them at home

  • Beauty Therapy

    -

    Why not treat yourself to a massage or manicure with our in-house therapist

  • Evening Yoga Session

    -

    Depending on the season, sundown practice is outside whenever possible, or in front of the fire place or cosied up in our practice space.

  • Dinner

Departure Day 3

The final day finishes at 12.00h. The hotel may allow a later check out at their discretion.
