4 Night yoga & meditation itinerary

Your holiday yoga & meditation itinerary will include over 10 hours of yoga & meditation, plus other physical and relaxing activities. But, this is your holiday so join in as much or as little as you like!

Arrival Day 1

Day 2

  • Detox drink & Daily schedule delivered to your room

    You don’t need to think or plan anything, as we will do it all for you! Turn your alarm off, as we will wake you each morning

  • Meditation

    Guided meditation session

  • Morning Yoga Session

    -

    We try to practice outside as much as possible, on the roof terrace, in the gardens, or if rain stops outdoor play, in one of our allocated indoor practice areas

  • Brunch

    -

    Choose from the buffet, but if there is something missing from your breakfast must have list, just ask!

  • Bike Ride or Walk

    -

    Grab a bike and get familiar with your surroundings. The town is a short bike ride away so go off and explore. Or take a walk up to the light house

  • Lunch & Juice Break

    -

    A Vegetarian lunch plus a vitamin packed juice and raw snack with recipes so you can re-create them at home

  • Beauty Therapy

    -

    Why not treat yourself to a massage or manicure with our in-house therapist

  • Evening Yoga Session

    -

    Depending on the season, sundown practice is outside whenever possible, or in front of the fire place or cosied up in our practice space.

  • Dinner

Day 3

The final day finishes after a yoga & meditation session and brunch, with the official check out time at 12.00h. The hotel may allow a later check out at their discretion.
