How do I book a Break?
All bookings & deposits can be paid via our secure website. However, you can contact us for other payment options or to spread the cost of your holiday. For your security, our secure online payment system only automatically accepts cards with a 2 step security process (often this is by means of a code sent to your mobile device). If your card doesn't have this 2 step system in place, you will be required to contact your bank so that they can authorize your payment to us.
You will receive email confirmation within 48 hours when you send us a deposit or payment for a break.
4 weeks before the break commences, full payment of your break is due
Approximately 2 weeks before the break commences we will send out a medical questionnaire and a form requesting your personal details, travel arrangements and treatment reservations.
The week prior to the break we will send you confirmation of your airport transfers (where necessary).
Can I pay in sterling?
The price quoted on our website is in euros. The price is the exact amount to be received by us, irrespective of fluctuations in currency and irrespective of any third party transfer charges. If you choose to pay by electronic transfer, please instruct your bank to charge all costs back to you. Please bring extra euros for items not included in your package.
What´s your cancellation policy?
All payments are refundable until 30 days before your break begins, after which they may be transferred to another break or another person at our discretion. Returned payments and cancellations incur a 50€ handling charge, plus any PayPal or bank charges incurred by Feel Great Breaks. A cancellation made within 30 days of your break is not refundable.
Group sizes range from 3 to 15 people. We reserve the right to cancel a break, in which case we will offer a full refund of all monies paid. Our holidays require a minimum number of at least 50% of the participants to have booked 7 days before the start date. If this minimum number is not reached by that date we may cancel and refund the money to you.
We reserve the right to change your itinerary or accommodation at any time. If your accommodation has to be changed, we will do our best to provide accommodation of a similar star rating. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure.
We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.
Feel Great Breaks are not liable for any injuries you may incur during your stay. Yoga classes and all other activities are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any conditions which may develop during your break or after. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.

I am intolerant to wheat – please advise.
Please advise us of any special dietary requirements, allergies or health issues at time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our chef will endeavour to produce delicious, nutritious meals, with a Mediterranean touch. Vegetables will be seasonal and sourced locally.
Why Vegetarian – I want to eat meat?
Although not strictly a detox retreat, Feel Great Breaks decided on a vegetarian menu for the holidays, however, you may order a la carte and order fish or meat. A supplement will be charged.
Will I Lose Weight on a Feel Great Break?
Our goal is to help you lead a more balanced lifestyle, one that is healthy and happy and not one which is based on restrictions or limits. You will be healthier and fitter at the end of your stay and weight loss may have occurred. This however, is not our main goal. We want to help you make steps to living more positively, more actively, and with more self-awareness.
Is Alcohol Allowed?
We do not feel it is necessary to restrict the consumption of alcohol, although guests are encouraged to drink with moderation. Additionally, the Feel Great Break accommodation is a hotel open to other guests and a bar is available within the hotel restaurant. Local wine is also included with your evening meal, or a non-alcoholic drink can be served instead.
Feel Great Breaks cannot be held responsible for the behaviour of any other guest sharing your accommodation.
Who will I share a room with?
We offer double rooms for individual use with no extra single person supplement. If you are coming with a friend or partner and would like to share, we offer a discount. Please enquire at time of booking. If you would like a double instead of twin beds, please enquire at the time of booking.
What style of yoga do you practice?
We practice a blend of hatha and vinyasa flow yoga, suitable for all levels. Our groups are small to allow for personal adjustment and assistance. If you have not practiced yoga before please check with your doctor that you are fit and able to take part. Please advise us of any health conditions at time of booking.

How Do I Make a Complaint.
If you have a complaint, please speak to your Manager asap and they will do everything within their power to put things right for you. We will also ask you to complete a questionnaire when you leave where we encourage you to be as honest as possible. We want to create long- term relationships with all our guests so that you feel great when you leave and cant wait to tell your friends and family about us. We value your feedback immensely and want to ensure that we are continually delivering what you really want, need and love.
What special clothing or other items should I bring?
The hotel is fully air-conditioned and heated. Bring a waterproof jacket plus sturdy footwear for walking and/or running. Swimming wear (weather permitting!) for the hotel pool and the natural spring.
We will provide you with a yoga mat, blanket, eye bag, and block. But feel free to bring your own equipment if you prefer.
Please bring a water bottle to refill from the drinking water supply.
