11:00-12:30 Guided bike ride, walk through the Natural Park or swim in the Spring |

12:30-14:00 Chill Time Time to treat yourself and have a personalized therapy. Alternatively, grab a book from the library; go on a bike ride or just chill out in the lovely hotel grounds. |

14:00-14:30 Energy Burst. Afternoon snack time to keep you going until dinner. |
